We had a talk with a group of small and medium Business Owners and their day to day Business Challenges like staff management, service and complaint issue, financial Management, Business Competition, Mind Management and so on.

Mr. Mahesh Pai also spoke on necessary solutions to overcome all the different issues by way of creating good systems in office, delegating jobs, regular training to staff, open for new ideas and having a Business Coach to guide and monitor your Business Activities.
